The Statistics page — for Owners and Team Leaders — shows how the business is doing over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or the last year.
Headline numbers
- Appointments, Completed, Revenue and Clients, each with an up or down badge comparing this period with the one before.
- If part of your revenue is still an estimate, the Revenue card prompts you to confirm your takings so the figure reflects what was really charged.
What sells, and when
- Popular services, with booking counts and the revenue each brought in.
- Busiest hours, based on real appointments — cancelled ones are excluded.
- Cancellations: your rate, the revenue lost, and how many frequent cancellers you have.
