Is Free really free?
Yes. Free costs nothing and stays free. One team member takes online bookings and you get 30 a month. You don't need a credit card.
How do the 30 days of Pro work?
Every new business gets 30 days of Pro. You get everything in Pro, with no credit card. Then you choose. Do nothing and you carry on free on Free. You're never charged out of the blue.
What does an extra team member cost?
Pro includes one team member. Each extra team member is €6 a month or €60 a year excl. VAT. On Free one team member takes online bookings.
What happens after 30 online bookings?
Then online booking is full for the rest of that month. Your booking page asks clients to call or email you instead. Appointments you put in the calendar yourself don't count. Cancelled bookings don't either. The next month clients can book online again.
I have a team. Can I use Free?
Yes. On Free one team member takes online bookings. If you built a team during your 30 days of Pro, everyone can still sign in. You add appointments for your colleagues to the calendar yourself. Adding a team member is only possible on Pro.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pro has no minimum term. You cancel from Billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that you carry on on Free. Part-used periods aren't refunded unless the law requires it.
What if a payment fails?
You get a grace period with a countdown. You update your card in one click. So you're never cut off without warning. Billing and Settings always stay reachable.
