Subscriptions, billing and VAT

Plans, payments, the grace period, and EU VAT.

Plans

After your free trial, choose a monthly or yearly subscription — there's no minimum term, and the yearly plan is cheaper per month. Payments are taken securely by card.

If a payment fails

You enter a grace period with a live countdown and a one-click way to update your card, so your business keeps working and you're not cut off without warning. If the subscription lapses, Billing and Settings stay reachable so you can pick a plan again and recover.

EU VAT

A valid EU VAT number is required at registration and is checked automatically. Dutch businesses can also add an optional KVK number. Stored VAT numbers are re-checked periodically so your billing details stay correct.

Trimmy bills only your subscription. Payments for appointments are handled in your business, not through Trimmy.

Frequently asked

What is the grace period?

If a subscription payment fails, you get a grace period — with a live countdown and a one-click card update — during which your business keeps working while you fix the payment.
