Track inventory and order from suppliers

Trimmy includes lightweight inventory so you always know what's on the shelf — and can reorder without leaving the dashboard.
Products and stock
Add products with a unit, VAT, purchase price and stock levels. Set “reorder at” (the level that flags a product as low) and “order up to” (your target). Anything at or below its reorder level shows a Low badge, and you adjust stock with the –/+ buttons.
Suppliers
Store each supplier's order email, contact, payment terms, and their preferred purchase-order language and currency.
Purchase orders
- Choose New order and tick what's low; Trimmy suggests quantities you can change.
- Add an optional note, delivery address and requested delivery date.
- Send — Trimmy emails one purchase order per supplier, in their language and currency.
- When it arrives, open the order and mark it received to add the stock back automatically.
