Track inventory and order from suppliers
Products and stock, a supplier address book, and emailed purchase orders.
Trimmy includes lightweight inventory so you always know what's on the shelf and can reorder without leaving the dashboard.
Products and stock
Add products with a unit, VAT, purchase price and stock levels. Set “reorder at” (the level that flags a product as low) and “order up to” (your target). Anything at or below its reorder level shows a Low badge, and you adjust stock with the minus and plus buttons.
Suppliers
Store each supplier's order email, contact, payment terms, and their preferred purchase-order language and currency.
Purchase orders
- Choose New order and tick what's low; Trimmy suggests quantities you can change.
- Add an optional note, delivery address and requested delivery date.
- Send: Trimmy emails one purchase order per supplier, in their language and currency.
- When it arrives, open the order and mark it received to add the stock back automatically.
